Conduit Finance Sponsors the Scottish Property Awards

Conduit Finance are delighted to be sponsoring the winners' drinks at the Scottish Property Awards this year.  

The Scottish Property Awards is an independent awards programme that recognises projects and people in commercial and public property developments across Scotland. 

Kirsten Spiers, Managing Director of the awards said;

Conduit Finance is a 15-year-old Edinburgh based fundraising and advisory business supporting entrepreneurial property companies. We were thrilled to be a finalist in the Commercial and Public sector category in 2020 and are pleased to be able to sponsor the event this year.  

Our Managing Director Jamie Davidson, shares his thoughts on the awards;

The property awards are taking place this Thursday, 23rd February at the EICC, The Exchange, 150 Morrison St, Edinburgh. 

The advisory services we are currently providing include restructuring work out, business acquisition profiling, strategic growth support and transaction support including financial modelling and the creation of investment memorandums. 

For many, 2023 looks to be a year of both challenges and opportunities. Protecting value will be a common theme with an increase in capital cost testing both refinancing’s and new appraisals.
